This Privacy Policy explains how KPE Storage collects, stores, processes, discloses, and protects information gathered through our web platform, customer service communications, terminal storage quotation requests, and Tank Storage Agreements (TSA). Information We Collect
We may process the following categories of information:
- Contact and Corporate Identity: Full name, professional title, corporate affiliation, company registration, business email address, direct phone number, and physical office location.
- Commercial Inquiries & Terminal Requests: Data supplied when requesting tank storage quotes, vessel berthing schedules, pipeline transfer slots, railway transport, or custom logistics agreements.
- Technical and Network Telemetry: Anonymized or pseudonymized IP addresses, browser specifications, device operating system, access timestamps, referral sources, and page interaction diagnostics.

Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors
KPE Storage will never sell, rent, or trade your corporate or personal data. We disclose data solely to vetted service providers bound by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs):

- Maritime & Port Authorities: Official port authorities (such as Port of Rotterdam, Port of Antwerp, Port of Houston) when statutory terminal declarations are mandated by maritime law.
Data Retention Periods
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the business purposes for which it was gathered. General commercial inquiries are preserved for up to 24 months from the last point of contact. Executed storage agreements, billing records, and terminal logistics manifests are retained for 7 years in compliance with Dutch corporate accounting and statutory maritime record-keeping statutes.
